Product illumination\/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry \u0026amp; midshelf Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted \u0026amp; 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switches, mounted at eye level on operator side of the display. The display has 24 hour operation \u0026amp; is factory set to hold food core at 85 deg. C. Modular heater mat elements under the heated well area give even heat spread \u0026amp; the steel presentation surface makes for easier cleaning of pastry products etc. The display comes complete with lifting kit for installation and is supplied with a concealed control box \u0026amp; plug top on a 2M lead.
