Product illumination\/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the rectangular profile gantry \u0026amp; midshelf Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted \u0026amp; 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switches, mounted at eye level on operator side of the display. The display has 24 hour operation \u0026amp; is factory set to hold food core at 85°C.
