The Foster Xtra 20KGS Blast Chiller XR20 is specifically manufactured with quality, reliability and efficiency in mind. With a large capacity, stainless steel exterior and interior and microprocessor controls which provide food-safe chilling from 70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes, it is clear to see why. This blast chiller also comes with a range of useful features which are certain to make life in your commercial or professional kitchen considerably simpler. These include adjustable gastronorm shelving, hard and soft chill options, no interior dirt traps for easy cleaning and 5 shelf positions.
