The FMC whisk from Matfer Bourgeat. Thanks to the memory threads, the FMC whip apple is unbreakable and retains its original shape. Its heat-insulating handle made of Exoglass composite material is both watertight and resistant to hot temperatures, up to 220°C without any risk of burning and ensures a perfect grip with the bulge of its handle . Easy to maintain, the FMC whisk is dishwasher safe. Approved NF food hygiene. Ideal for professional chefs and bakers.
