Description

Our Hickory wood chips are chemical-free and made especially for use with The PolyScience Smoking Gunᵀᴹ. Ground to a perfect consistency, they'll smoulder slowly and gently when ignited, meaning a little really does go a long way.

And they're also one of the best for barbecued food - simply sprinkle them onto the coals just before or towards the end of cooking to add deliciously tasty flavours.
