Moffat Premier HC2 Mobile Hot Cupboard

The E&R Moffat Premier HC2 is a heavy-duty, British-made mobile hot cupboard for busy professional kitchens. Forced-air convection heating with the Sahara fan cell gives fast heat-up and even recovery across the whole cabinet, so pre-cooked food, plates and dishes hold at serving temperature ready for the pass. Fully insulated all stainless steel construction with a flat plain top, sliding lift-off doors and 125mm castors as standard.
