Perfect for restaurants who make large quantities of fresh pasta, the Bottene PM 80 pasta machine in Steel allows you to make a vast range of pasta shapes from any type of flour, including durum wheat, soft and whole wheat. Hugely robust and user-friendly, the machine can make up to 17kg of pasta every hour - even coloured pasta or pasta made without eggs as required.
