This Cambro high heat 1/4 GN cover with handle is designed to support HACCP guidelines and offer operators a variety of options to help preserve product freshness, flavour and quality from the point of storage, holding and serving. The high heat lid is deal for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units due to its wide temperature range. The translucent amber colour of the lid allows clear visibility to help with inventory management. The lid fits Cambro high heat 1/4 GN size food trays.
