A reinforced textured handle with finger grip provides extra security when handling the tray, ideal for a busy kitchen environment. With a temperature range of -40°C to 190°C, the tray can travel straight from your prep table to the cooler, oven or steam table. This also saves the use of several other trays and extra cleaning time. The high heat tray is microwave safe, while suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating. A flat bottom design helps to ensure even heat distribution, and eliminate hot and cold spots.
