Description

Infrared lamps are used in catering to keep food at a safe temperature, using low pressure tungsten halogen heat lamps. This is done via direct radiation, used extensively on the pass, in chip dumps and burger shoots. This 200W jacketed IR Quartz bulb is easy to change, provides instant heat and has 5000 hours of life. 118mm Length.
