Heavy duty half ribbed griddle by Lincat featuring dual heat zones controlled independently. Thermostatically controlled for consistency and featuring a thick steel plate to retain and distribute heat evenly, the half ribbed feature gives attractive branding marks to any food cooked. The removable fat drainer drawer makes it easy to clean after and in-between use.
