The PS638E-V ventless oven features internal systems for destroying grease-laden vapours prior to their escape from the oven; therefore, the oven is certified as a non-grease-emitting appliance.
The Middleby Marshalls conveyor oven utilises technology that allows the user full control of the airflow in the baking chamber, resulting in optimal cooking results for products. Airflow is modified through the main control, allowing for instant results and full control over air movement, time, and temperature settings. The exterior of the oven is cool to the touch, providing users with safer working conditions in the immediate area. These ovens are designed to cook an endless amount of food products, including pizza, chicken, seafood, sandwiches and more.
