Mobile yet specialised for creating the perfect pancake, the Roller Grill Single Crepe Griddle operates using spiral heat elements to evenly distribute heat for crepe preparation. With a solid cast iron plate as a cooking surface, temperature is transferred directly through to the crepe mixture above without any loss of excess energy or heat. Whilst designed for creating perfect crepes, the griddle can also be applied to cooking other thin and flat foods such as chapatti and blinis.
