The perfect appliance for swiftly chilling and freezing hot food is the Sterling Pro Blast Chiller, which is also the largest blast chiller available from the Sterling Pro line. The best AISI304 stainless steel was used to manufacture this.

  • Capable of chilling or freezing food from 100°C
  • Enables safe storage
  • The 13-grid version can chill 60kg or freeze 38kg of hot food per cycle
  • Extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean
  • Interior shelf supports accept the GN1/1 or 600x400 shelves
