This favours the even heating of the food - the dishes are perfectly browned and crispy on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside. Coated with Lotan® non-stick coating, that allows fry without oil or fat, prevents food sticking and reduces the risk of burning and makes cleaning the dish much easier.
