This container is colour-coded purple and can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C and down to -40°C, making them perfect for freezing, storing and reheating or cooking. Featuring a gastronorm compatible design, it's perfect for use in commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. Made from the same materials as medical equipment, the containers are extremely safe and reduce the risk of cross contamination, as well as making them easy to clean and maintain.
