This 1/6 gastronorm flat cover from Cambro fits high heat trays of the same size, providing a reliable way of maintaining food temperature, while preserving freshness. The high heat tray lids are designed to support HACCP guidelines and are stackable, helping to save space in storage. With a broad temperature range of -40 to 190 degrees Celsius the lid is suitable for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units.
