When cooking sous vide for long periods, water can be lost due to evaporation, meaning that when you top up the water bath, it's possible that the cooking temperature might be affected. It's therefore critical to keep as much water in the bath as possible. The Clifton LDCA-56 Stainless Steel Lid helps you to do just that. Designed to be used alongside a Clifton Food Range Portable Sous Vide Machine, the LDCA-56 lid seamlessly attaches to a double size (2/1) gastronorm pan.
