A heavy-duty, thermostatically controlled bratt pan from Falcon, with six different cooking options: griddle, shallow fry, deep fry, boil, simmer and stew. The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering greater consistency in cooked food, and the pan is tilted by means of a manual, easy-to-turn handle, making it easy to operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount, therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position, or is lifted at any time. The precise temperature control allows accurate and sensitive operation, and stainless steel exterior and one-piece lid allows makes the machine easy to clean.
