The British-made Falcon Dominator Plus G3161 propane gas oven range is a true workhorse in professional kitchens all across the UK. Renowned for its high performance and ultra-reliable operation, the oven is hugely versatile, replacing multiple smaller cooking machines into one big, powerful cooking station.

The four independently-controlled 5.3kW hob burners on top are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The top also features an extended hob area, allowing you to rest pans away from the heat, without taking up valuable counter space.
