Designed to effectively keep food at the optimum serving temperature, the bain marie can hold a 150mm deep full size (1/1) gastronorm pan with ease, whilst temperature control is regulated by the front-mounted dial thermostat. As the bain marie is manually filled, there's no need to plumb the machine into a mains water supply. Fitted with robust castors for manoeuvrability and ease of cleaning.
