Constructed from stainless steel, the Fimar FES 4 pizza oven comes equipped with a refractory stone cooking surface which allows you to cook with deep-dish pans or by traditional stone baking - giving you freedom to add variety to your menu.

The pizza oven also has multiple thermostats for ease of use and pull-down doors with inspection glass and interior light to keep heat in. A built-in thermometer keeps the oven at a consistently hot temperature, ensuring the temperature is correct to make perfect pizzas.
