Lincat's heavy duty dual zone gas griddle with a half ribbed surface. The dual heat zones are controlled independently with high and low heat settings for controlled cooking and a piezo ignition. The plate is made from solid 12mm thick steel ensuring even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, and gives attractive branding marks.
