Perfect for mayonnaise and other stiff creams, introducing the FMC whisk from Matfer Bourgeat. Thanks to the memory threads, the FMC whip apple is unbreakable and retains its original shape. Its heat-insulating handle made of Exoglass composite material is both watertight and resistant to hot temperatures, up to 220°C without any risk of burning and ensures a perfect grip thanks to the bulge of its handle . Easy to maintain, the FMC whisk is dishwasher safe. Approved NF food hygiene. Ideal for professional chefs and bakers.
