To make it simple to make the ideal pizzas, the Sterling Pro SPU300PZ pizza prep counter is designed to keep fresh topping ingredients in a practical and secure container behind the workstation. In comparison to the SPU200PZ, the SPU300PZ has 460mm more workbench area, allowing for the placement of an additional 3 GN1/6 topping pans, for a total of 8 GN1/6 topping pans.
