Description
An easy to peel 1" round allergen label, used to highlight cereals containing gluten. People with food allergies cannot be too cautious with what they eat, making food labelling extremely important to them. As of December 13th, 2014, it is a legal requirement that any of the fourteen food allergens on the regulatory list must be highlighted should they be contained within a packaged food item. Gluten, present in cereals, includes wheat such as spelt, Khorasan wheat/Kamut, rye, barley, oats and their hybridised strains.
