Description

Flip, turn and plate food safely and hygienically with these 305mm blue Kool Touch® tongs from Vollrath. Heat resistant up to 82°C, the tongs ensure you stay comfortable and protected when working at intense heats. A unique springless design also means there is less hidden space for germs to sit, making them easy to clean and keep sanitary. Colour coded blue for use with raw fish, the tongs help staff identify and use the correct equipment for each food type, reducing the risk of cross contamination in your kitchen.
