Strain purees, sauces and soups easily with this heavy-duty exoglass bouillon strainer from Matfer Bourgeat, featuring a triple layer fine mesh. Incredibly durable thanks to its stainless steel construction, the strainer is built for daily use and can handle temperatures up to 220 Celsius. The heat-insulating handle is also comfortable to use for long periods, and the conical shape makes it easy to use.
