Description

These Wire cooling racks are perfect for cooling cookies, pastries, bread, and more. Made from chrome-plated wire with a grid pattern, this highly durable baking rack provides support for holding baked goods while its built-in legs allow for proper air circulation underneath to ensure even cooling.

This wire grate can also be used for draining excess oil away from fried foods while keeping it from sticking to the bottom of a sheet pan.
