Designed to be used alongside the Clifton Food Range FL28D Sous Vide Machine, the IG28 Immersion grid keeps food submerged within the water to prevent variances in temperature - especially important when cooking sous vide. Constructed from strong stainless steel, the grid fits perfectly with 22 and 28 litre water baths.
