With its vast 20x 2/1GN capacity, the Convotherm 4 Manual Combi Oven offers more than enough space for large event catering, as well as busy canteen or production kitchen roles. EasyDial and ACS+ functionality combine to make the combi incredibly intuitive to use and highly versatile - with Crisp&Tasty, BakePro and HumidityPro systems which all ensure exceptional cooking precision, even when multiple food types are being cooked all at once. For further convenience, the unit includes Convoclean - an effective fully automatic cleaning system.
