Rectangular fluted tart mould with straight edge and removable bottom for easy release of baked goods. Rectangular shape makes it ideal for baking tarts, tart bases, pies and quiches. Non-stick steel design ensures the moulds reach high temperatures, enabling juices to caramelise and ensuring goods are baked inside and out, for excellent cooking results. PTFE-guaranteed coating makes for easy cleaning, and ensures high quality oxidation resistance.
