This Falcon Chieftain gas range is designed to withstand the rigours of a high output commercial kitchen with six burners, 150mm plating area and a large cavity gas oven, fitted with a reinforced drop-down door. Robust cast-iron pan supports make the range ideal for heavy-duty pans, and the machine is built on castors so it is easy to manoeuvre. The stainless steel finish makes the range easy to keep clean.
