The Hallde VCM-42 is a highly reliable professional vertical cutter mixer, designed for high demand sites. Built with a 4 litre stainless steel bowl (1.5 litre net volume), the Hallde allows you to prep more food, faster.

The VCM-42 features a xylex lid and a scraper system with four scrapers, so food is better mixed in first time - no need to manually work the mixture afterwards. The knife unit has two serrated knives with user-exchangeable knife blades. It's also got two speeds (1500 and 3000 rpm) and pulse function, allowing you to mix at just the speed you want for the best results.
