Heat is effectively channelled down onto food, keeping it warmer for longer - essential for reducing food waste, as well as maintaining food quality and safety.

With an impressive width of 1524mm, the Hatco offers a generous amount of warming space - more than enough for two full-size (1/1GN) gastro pans if required. Supplied with bulb as standard.
