Functioning 24 hours a day, a Kubus Drop in Patisserie combines functionality with visual charm. Optimising storage and presentation through its three chilled shelves and drop in display, you can visually advertise your best selections through diffused overhead lighting and customisable 'point of sale' strips on each shelf. Served and sustained through a rear door, your chosen items can be chilled between 2°C and 5°C and are monitored via a precise digital interface. Deck plates in the cold well can be removed for ease of cleaning, and an integral condensate water evaporator removes the need for site drainage. GN pans sold separately.
