Chilled by energy efficient hydrocarbon refrigeration, the Kubus Drop In Cold Patisserie is suited for the merchandising and maintaining of chilled goods in both its drop in display area and across its three adjustable shelves. Complete with lockable castors, the unit can be moved easily for cleaning purposes and does not require manual draining due to an integrated water evaporator. There is constant access available to staff through a rear hinged door, allowing stock to be refilled even during the busiest of working hours. The gantry is fitted with a front sneeze screen and side panels to avoid contact or contamination from customers. GN pans sold separately.
