Heavy duty, single heat zone, griddle by Lincat with a chrome covered steel plate reducing heat radiated out to work area and reducing the amount of power required. Featuring a scratch-resistant finish which is easily cleaned, an attractive mirror chrome surface ideal for front of house use, and due to the machine being thermostatically controlled it helps with heat consistency.
