Description

Strain purees, sauces and soups easily with this heavy duty exoglass bouillon strainer from Matfer Bourgeat, with a triple layer fine mesh. Incredibly durable thanks to its stainless steel construction, the strainer is built for daily use and can handle temperatures up to 220 Celsius. The heat insulating handle is also comfortable to use for long periods, and the conical shape makes it easy to use.
