For the cold smoking of fish and meat, especially ideal for salmon, trout, ham, sausages and beef is this Roller Grill food smoker. It works through the slow burning of oak sawdust, followed by cooling in smoking chamber to evenly smoke food. If the shelf is removed it allows for larger pieces of meat and fish.
