It's a highly efficient counter which helps you to have all your prep ingredients in one place. Across the top there's room for up to 24 one-sixth size GN pans (polycarbonate pans included), so there's plenty of space for a wide variety of sandwich or burrito fillings. Behind the two stainless steel doors are four heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. Whether you're running a busy café, sandwich shop or takeaway, the True prep counter can help you to save time and energy.
