With space for up to 24 one-sixth size gnu pans (polycarbonate pans supplied), there's plenty of room for all your menu items. Underneath, the fridge opens up to a large capacity 338 litre interior with four sturdy adjustable shelves. For added visibility, the top lid is made from tough glass, so your customers can see your full range of ingredients.
