Thick thermal base ensures instant heat transfer and maintain it for a long time, which supports saving energy. Even heat distribution on the bottom and walls of the pan helps in faster heating, and the Lotan® coating protects against burning and sticking of liquids to the surface. Thanks to the contoured funnels located on both sides of the pot, pouring liquids is much easier and the risk of spillage is kept to a minimum.
